James Brandon
OPERATION DIRECTOR
James has worked in corporate health and safety management roles for 10+ years, including for Meta (Facebook) and PwC. He also previously worked for International SOS, one of the world’s largest providers of international medical and healthcare services, working at their global headquarters in Singapore. He is also a trustee for Hostage International, a charity which provides specialist support and assistance for people affected by kidnappings and arbitrary detention worldwide. He studied at the University of York.
Richard Carlton Crabtree

DIRECTOR

Richard is one of the leading figures in the UK’s mental healthcare system. He has worked at the forefront of the Department of Health’s flagship ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies’ (IAPT) programme for more than ten years, having led the expansion of IAPT into more than thirty regions around the UK. He has written widely about mental health and psychological therapies and contributed to national forums shaping mental health policy in the UK. Most recently Richard has served as Chair of registered charity North Yorkshire Sport, the Active Partnership for York and North Yorkshire, and as Managing Director of the Oakdale Group, a not for profit provider of psychological therapy and neuro developmental assessment and treatment services based in Harrogate.
